In Rapid Rig: Modular V3
Hello I posted a while back in regards to symmetry for a hobby project but now I have a question that pertains to my job. One of the things I need to do for actual work is to pose characters inside Maya before we send it off to the factory for production. I've used Rapid Rig Modular 3 for rigging characters and posing them for quite some time, but usually feedback adjustments are done via zoom. Now my art director wants to modify the pose himself using the maya scene with the rig in it. Unfortunately when I give him the scene, the rig is broken and messed up. He does not have RRM 3 like I do and if the broken rig is due to the lack of plugin is there a way to get around it? Like a bake rig feature that keeps the rig but prevents it being used by the plugin for safe work sharing? Thanks for your time and help!

In Rapid Rig: Modular V3
Hola, owned this product for over a year and now I've been having problems with creating asymmetrical rigs. Right now it will properly create stuff on the left side of the rig, but if I create something on the right side it creates a jumbled mess. I'm working on a rig for a character that has a flail arm and I need to create a chain on the right side but as I said, it doesn't even finish creating the module. Works fine if done as a pair or on the left side. Here's whats being shown in the script log: building "Flail" fk_chain proxy module # Traceback (most recent call last): # File "C:\ProgramData/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins\rrm3\Contents\scripts\gui\gui_proxy_modules.py", line 133, in <lambda> # self.create_button.clicked.connect(lambda *args: self.create_proxy_module()) # File "C:\ProgramData/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins\rrm3\Contents\scripts\gui\gui_proxy_modules.py", line 904, in create_proxy_module # fk_chain.create_module(give_warning=False) # File "C:\ProgramData/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins\rrm3\Contents\scripts\proxies\proxy_gen\proxy_modules\proxy_module.py", line 112, in create_module # self.create_main() # File "C:\ProgramData/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins\rrm3\Contents\scripts\proxies\proxy_gen\proxy_modules\proxy_fkchain.py", line 37, in create_main # self.create_direction_nodes() # File "C:\ProgramData/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins\rrm3\Contents\scripts\proxies\proxy_gen\proxy_modules\proxy_directional.py", line 93, in create_direction_nodes # self.create_sub_nodes() # File "C:\ProgramData/Autodesk/ApplicationPlugins\rrm3\Contents\scripts\proxies\proxy_gen\proxy_modules\proxy_directional.py", line 235, in create_sub_nodes # for vec, val in self.direction_vectors_dict[self.mod_direction][side_vec_key].items(): # KeyError: 'r'
