I getting this error msg. I installed the final version of rrm 2023_10_17. I'm using Maya 2022.5, I cleaned up all Maya files and uninstalled them (prefs + complete uninstall maya + rrm 2023_10_17 ) but I still have the same issue. Thanks.

In the proxy placement section if I translated the neck in the z-axis and x-axis when I built the rig always neck spline had a scale problem.

Do you make a discount for old users? I bought RRM 2 latest version from a website called highEnd 3d (creativeCrash). but now RRM 2.4.6 just can usable in Maya 2019.3.1 and still have some bugs. Thanks
