In RapidRig:Advanced there was a handy interface to match the transforms and rotations of IK and FK Arms. I've been looking around and can't find anything like that in RapiRig:Modular. Am I missing something?

In Ripid Rig:Advanced there was a "Spine Auto Volume" channel in the SpineTopIKC control that added a simple squash/stretch effect to the spine. Does that exist somewhere in Rapid Rig: Modular V3?

I riged a charcter about 6 years ago and kept the proxies in the scene. I want to reuse those proxies for a new rig, but when I try to generate a new rig, it says I have to have proxies in my scene first. What do I need to do to use old proxies.
